The kind of person you see at any forum or in the Youtube comments harassing without valid arguments or using fallacies to anything they disagree with. Many of them don't know even to type OK, or they make mistakes on purpose, because they think it'll make them look badass and rude, but actually the whole forums laughs at him. Their age uses to be 12-19.

A buzzword used by dullards to seem hip and "in" on "latest" technology, in hopes that no one will be perceptive enough to see that what's "Web 2.0" isn't new at all, but rather a catch-all term for websites that give people imagined self-importance by letting them comment on and share content with other equally moronic readers.

The time period between mid-2007 and late 2009 when Web2.0 tatics, platforms and ideals were waning, but Web 3.0 had not yet matured or went mainstream.
Both Pandora and Muxtape were shut down in Aug. '08 by the government. A sad casualty of Web 2.5.
