When you are running commands or executables in a Command Prompt (CMD) in windows and a small white box or "Blip" can be seen near the beginning of the command. This blip has been known to cause the command to stop or stall until the user clicks out of the command box and hits enter.
My script stopped because of the Pavan Blip on the screen.
Small amount of time you get to yourself when moving on from one ho to the next.

The unfortunate omission of crucial information while engaging in online chat. Chat Blips usually give an unwanted message and if extreme enough, can cause a panic attack.

Hitting the 'share with social network' button when you meant to hit something completely different.
