Also known as "Charlie Foxtrot".
2. A derogatory term used to describe a system or operation that has been totally screwed up by a group of idiots who couldn't leave something well enough alone.

Term used to describe the state of affairs resulting from too many staffers and not enough TRAINED staffers on a project. This usually happens as a result of a rush or deadline which cannot be met, when managers or planners resort to simply adding warm bodies to the effort out of sheer desperation or incompetence. Also results from having a surplus of supervisors or other overhead-related personnel who cannot actually perform any useful work towards project goals, especially where the prescence or contributions of these people hinders work performed by others.
"Man, we were 8 days behind schedule on that project so my manager decided to send us all of his interns as well as show up himself. Turned it into a complete clusterfuck. There must have been 20 guys in one cube at once."

A group or gathering of white teenagers who think they are black, brown, or "thugging". AKA "wiggers". usually seen in exotic cars bought at their wealthy parents expense. if you encounter a buster cluster, don't be alarmed they are no threat because they have a tendency to return to acting proper in the face of danger.

The phrase used to describe a group of women at work, who are pregnant at the same time. Up the duff is the colloquial term for being pregnant.
Duff Cluster can also be used as a collective noun.
Wow, we've got this amazing duff cluster at work at the moment. Kath and Simone have just had babies and Sandy, Michelle and Victoria are all pregnant.

Usually (in females) herpes forms on the outside of the vagina, but in some cases (hookers and or prostitutes) it can form a cluster on the inside of the vagina.
