The additional traffic congestion that inevitably results when a public works department decides to fix a traffic congestion problem by doing significant, lengthy roadwork in the affected area.
The intersection at the eastern terminus of State Road 520 in Redmond, WA, will be widened during 2007, resulting in a clusterfuck for at least the duration of that project.

Reminiscent of when 50 dicks try to get in one hole. Everything is so jammed and tangled up nothing can move in any direction.
I tried to make things better but was stuck in a huge clusterfuck.

A group of too many people (or objects) up each others asses, while acting ignorantly.
When you are driving on the highway and can't pass others because there are 4-8 ignorant cars all blocking the highway, creating a clusterfuck.

When nobody (in administration) is doing their job and people can pretty much do what they want without being held accountable for anything.
All the kids in school were skipping classes and the teachers were doing absolutely nothing. What a clusterfuck!

I'm not looking forward to visiting my in-laws over the holidays. The wife's entire screwed up family will be there: the second and third wives and husbands and their kids, and even the exes with their new families. It's gonna be a real clusterfuck.
