The Equator Penis Measuring System (EPMS) is the system that gives an approximation of one's penis size. Generally speaking, the closer you live to the Ecuador, the larger your penis is. For example, Africans and Latin Americans living on the equator will have penises measuring around 11 or 12 inches hard, while the English and Scottish living up north have penises measuring 3 inches flaccid, or up to 5 inches hard. There are also intermediate points. Italians, for example, have penises about 6 inches flaccid, and 8 inches hard.

The 'First law of the Soviet equation' applies to the longest math equations, those that make you wanna puke just from looking at it length.
'When the equation looks very complicated, boring and long, there's high probability of the answer being (0) or (1).'
A: As soon as I saw the math homework for today, I instantly gave up and didn't even try to solve those equations.
B: Man, you just had to apply the 'First law of the Soviet equation' to complete it all.

Usually used to compensate for shortcomings in social skills and genital endowment. Numbers often used in lieu of statements, and quotes of victim usually blown completely out of proportion (Ex. So, If Texan, Then Racist, so If P, Then Q). Easily defeated if you have taken the first few weeks of a basic college philosophy course, or with a good swift (but very well-aimed) kick to the nuts.
