Something in conversation that renders a normally chatty person utterly speechless, and usually red with embarrassment. From: Hetalia's main character Italy, who motormouths nonstop, has a peculiar hair curl that, when pulled, renders him speechless and red faced.
She was lecturing me about drugs in front of everyone at church until I told her I saw her drunk just last week. I sure pulled her Italy curl!

A part of a city that contains many Italian-Americans and retains a lot of Italian culture with it's restaurants and gift shops. The most famous Little Italy is the one in Manhattan, although the amount of Italian-Americans living there has greatly diminished due to the growth of Chinatown in the past years. Other Little Italy's in New York include Bensonhurst, and Arthur Ave. in The Bronx. Other cities with a Little Italy include Baltimore, Cleveland, Chicago and San Diego, and many more in other countries. Some of the best Italian Festivals are held in Little Italy's such as La Festa di San Gennaro in Chicago and Manhattan. Little Italy, Manhattan and Chicago were once home to many crime families in the early 1900's. Overall it is a great place to visit, especially if tu sei italiano!!
Hey where are you from?
I'm from Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.
I heard there's a lot of Italians there.
Yea, it's Brooklyn's Little Italy.

The Kingdom of Italy was an italian state present from 1861 to 1946. it was formed by the Kingdom of Sardinia-Piedmont after the conquests and plebscites during the Italian Unification Process, also known as "Risorgimento". The Kingdom of Italy had possessions on three continents, Europe (Italy and the dodecanese), Africa (Colony of Libya and Italian East Africa) and Asia (Concession of Tientsin and Italian Occupation of Southern Anatolia). Italy was born as a democratic constitutional monarchy, but from 1922 to 1943 Italy was under a fascist dictatorship guided by Benito Mussolini. In 1945 after the italian defeat the people chose, through a democratic referenum, to abolish the monarchy and proclaim the Italian Republic.
