To put it simply, one who is a "FAYGET"
That jobber can't even dribble a damn basketball.
Someone who exists to lose spectacularly, to make something look more difficult than it is. This is so when someone doesn't fail they look better.
That character is only here to be a jobber and show how strong the other guy is.
A burn-jobber is someone who is especially good at burning or roasting someone.
Some examples and places where this can be properly used as follows "I don't want to do the dishes" followed by "YOU ARE DISHES". The person that got burned is the Burnee and the person that said "You are dishes" is the burn-jobber.
That one person in your organisation or friends circle who obsessively takes screenshots of your social media posts and sends them to others out of context to spread hate stories about you.
That stupid Wynser is such a screenshot jobber. He keeps sending my screenshots to the boss!
The (usually) guy who cleans up cum from a variety for professional atmospheres.
EXAMPLE: Out of a gym shower, or the bed/couch/floor/etc of a porn set.
Damn Randy is one hell of a cum jobber.
