A person who creates explosives in a shed or their basement with no regard to safety. most people who make TATP (triacetone triperoxide) are considered "Kewls"
Person 1: "Hey did you see that guy who made 500 grams of TATP plastic?"
Person 2: "Yea that guy is such a kewl"
That moment when you go to say cute, but then realize that would be weird, so you just finish off by saying cool. In the end the whole situation ends up Being awkward, and your friend wants to know what you said.
