When a stranger on social media gets into an argument with you, and decides to look through your profile and comment on it instead of the topic at hand. Usually used to disguise the fact that said stranger lacks any evidence to back up their stated position in the (unrelated) argument you're having.
It's also universally seen as creepy/perverted behavior. In extreme cases, it can lead to profile stalking.
