Haphazardly or irresponsibly end the smoking of pot; most often during the last of the evening's marijuana supply. Blamed friend will drop the pass of a pot pipe on the ground (un-salvageable), blows water back through the bong or drops a roach in between the seat of a car never to be found.
Latin: Too high
"Paul was already high enough, but he had one more hit and attempted to hand John the final bowl of the evening; Paul Bozoed the pipe into his parents birdbath. Game over."
On getting too high: "Dude, careful. It's all we have left, so don't Bozo the bowl."

A syndrome commoly associeated with college seniors at competitive universities. Blacking out and Zonning out due to the influence of alcohol. A state that can extend beyond alcoholism and pervade every aspect of a persons life.

When a person (usually an evil ghoul) dies and you want to celebrate. Used to emphasize how little you care about someone's death. Often used in combination with the phrase "smoking on that ____ pack" for greater effect.
"Did you hear Margaret Thatcher died?"

Following sex with a girl on her period, this condition occurs when blood smeared on to your "nether regions" makes your pubic hair resemble the coloration of the wig worn by the 80s kid show clown bozo.
After having sex with Jill, Jack exclaimed: "My oh my, looks like Aunt Flow is in town because I have a serious case of bozo dick."

Someone who enables the Bozo Explosion, either intentionally or due to their inexperience and incompetence.
The Bozo Explosion was possibly coined by Steve Jobs at Apple:
"Actually, Steve believed that A players hire A players—that is people who are as good as they are. I refined this slightly—my theory is that A players hire people even better than themselves. It’s clear, though, that B players hire C players so they can feel superior to them, and C players hire D players. My manager is the lead Bozo Bomber at my company. He makes sure everyone in the business is as dumb as a caveman, then he can swoop in like Superman and save the day. Man, does it make him look good. Terrible for the business though.
