Set it Off is a band that used to be good but fell off HARD after their 3rd album.
Known for their songs Partners in Crime, and Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
Person 1: "Dude, did you hear the new Set it Off album?"
Person 2: "Nah, bro, they sold out. Their music sucks now."
When someone needs to check their attitude, or the way they are communicating with you. Particularly if someone is speaking to you sarcastically, passive aggressively, or angrily.
"I know you are feeling frustrated, but you need to check your settings and restart this conversation from the beginning."
Short for "set the mainsails." A sailing reference meaning to go to a specific place or to head in a certain direction.
