A term to mean to toke up. It orriginly came from a group of High Schoolers in the 70's who called themselves the Waldos. It took root and spread to what it is now-a-days.
It did not have anything to do with penal code.

stands for "Dude, I got four" when responding to an inquiry concerning the length of ones dick. Often used by 12yr olds when trying to appear cool, but are completely oblivious to it's actual definition. Can often be found scrawled on bathroom walls, tables at taco bell, the side of buildings, or pretty much any surface then be scratched, burned, or retain ink of any form.
