passive spam

Passive spam is basically a Facebook or other social network post that has a completely pointless call to action. The defining factor is that the quiz or question is not meant to offer any type of challenge, but instead is simply a tool to arbitrarily increase page reach.

Passive spam consists of stupid quiz-like questions on Facebook that either require some small amount of math or analytical skills (in order to make the people responding feel intelligent...even though they aren't)

Also, the classic "like or my grandmother will die" type posts. In this context the spammer is using the person's good nature to accomplish their goals instead of the person's desire to answer a question (that usually is incredibly simple to figure out).

Spam Asking

When your parents ask you to do one or more tasks at a time!

manual spam

where you keep sending random messages to someone you hate by composing and sending. It can be about anything as long as you send that person a ridicolous amount of messages.

Friend: hey bro what the fuck u always keep sending me these stupid messages and filling up my inbox

You:manual spam sucks don't it.

comment spamming

The act of commenting random phrases on facebook posts just to be an annoying homo.

John was comment spamming on all my posts last night. He is so annyoing.

Spam-quiz

A. A spam-quiz (or spam quiz) is a quiz found on quizilla that's an Ad, Chain letter, or something that does not belong on a site for quiz making & taking.

B. A quiz that deals with that very fulfilling food spam.

Example A:
Quiz Title: "BUY prozac cheap online!"
Person: "This is just a spam-quiz!"
Example B.
Quiz title: "What kind of spam are you?"
Person: "Oh! A spam-quiz!"
