Refers to the lag caused by a turbocharger getting up to speed in an engine, you take a minute or so to get fueled so you can properly rip.

When you steal a small thing (usually food) from someone in a funny context, and you want to say something retarded that makes them laugh.

The act of taking a hallucinogen. Similar to the phrase "Turn up" only used to describe getting high on psychedelics.
