In World of Tanks Blitz:
Mostly used by APAC (Asia Pacific) region players to describe bad/skill issue. Found in chat when the player gets salty/dies first, especially light tanks. Normally used by players that do not know much English and has limited vocabulary. Must not be confused with the kind nature of actual dogs, as the dog here does not refer to a compliment.

dogs refer to toes also known as the limbs on our feet. cage free dogs mean the person never wears socks, cage referring ton socks.
