A hybrid scholarly/activist approach that seeks to read ‘systemic racism’ into every racial disparity (specifically, those where Black people are at a disadvantage), along with advocacy of policies to redistribute income, wealth, legal rights & privileges, and political power. These are intended to equalize outcomes for Blacks and Whites in relation to those selected disparities.
The main ‘method of inquiry’ employed in CRT is its creative use of language, selective examples, and the redefinition of familiar terms that you thought were well-settled. These serve to catastrophize racial disparities, close down lines of inquiry that may lead to non-racialized explanations, and hence to convey a strong moral compulsion to accept CRT’s redistributive policies.

The theory that if one partner in a relationship likes black olives, and the other doesn't, the relationship could work out. If neither party likes, or both parties hate, black olives, according to the theory, their relationship is doomed.

When one person comes up with a hip or politically correct sounding statement, and others who hear them start changing their thought process and then repeating the statement for the rest of their lives.
Person 1 " I don't celebrate thanksgiving because it's just a reminder of how we slaughtered the native americans.
Person 2 (Hears the statement and then in an effort to seem more politically correct than others, does the same. When in actuality, Person 2 would have loved celebrating it.)

The total amount of fat in the world stays constant over time. Fat can never be created or destroyed, only gained or lost. When one person gains weight, another loses it, and vice versa.
Julia seems to be shedding off the pounds whereas Lois is now sporting some thunder thighs- it must be because of the Conservation of Fat Theory.
