Somebody who is abnormally tall and thus freakish in nature. This type of person is usually a social outcast or has an awkward demeanor.

A term coined on an episode of the sitcom "Will and Grace" meaning completely, and utterly crazy. Because carnies are generally branded as "different," "psycho," and/or "creepy," it really enhances the traditional meaning of crazy.
