Turtle-Head is when you are holding in a turd for so long you can feel the poop poking out of your butt like how a turtle pokes its head of of its shell.

That guy over there with the "tarantula-head" hairdo looks like he's wearing a large spider for a hat!
A person who smears the focus and/or facts of an argument because they cannot win.
It may also loosely be used to describe someone as disingenuous or stupid.
I tried arguing with this guy on YouTube but he's a real Smudge Head so I blocked him.
A Stim Head is anyone that uses stimulants and uppers in their daily life. They choose an upper as their drug of choice, which can range from anything to coffee or cocaine, to adderall, nicotine, or speed in between. They like feeling wired and having unlimited energy (until they crash that is).
They generally like all sorts of stimulants, instead of an addiction to just one.
In any given week, you will most likely see them wired out or tweakin'.

When you conflict with someone/something, maybe in a argument or feud and you are 'at heads with them'. Like in a competition, you go 'head-to-head' with your opponent.
The two guys wouldn't stop arguing, 'They were at heads with each other'.
