Opportunist drivers who illegally follow a "hanging left" driver through a left turn at an intersection. Illegal, since it entails entering an intersection on a red light.
Sometimes it feels good to honk at the hanging left trailers.

THe idea which defines a nations peolpe not by race, creed, ethnecity, like right wing nationalism, but defines all of the above as part of a nation, also engages in left wing programs, such as pension plans i.e social security, but is also concerned with protecting the country poloitcally, and economicly. This is done by protecting home grown industrys, and having a strong military

A left turn after the traffic light turns red, where there is no turn arrow.
Or a person that creeps into an intersection, purposely to turn after the light turns red.
Seen in Vancouver B.C., hence the name 'Canadian Left Turn', but it applies to any moron, in any country turning left on a red.
Sometimes as many as 3 cars will turn left after the red light!
