When two people are having sex, and one person continuously is saying “no” or that they don’t want to do it, but the partner is not respecting how they feel, so he is ignoring that and still has sex with them.

Literally, one who uses talk as a form of rape. This rape is more of the emotional variety, like a holiday family gathering. You don't want to be there, you don't want to talk to those people. But you do anyway, with a smile.

These people in turn spend their money on drugs and entertainment, since they know they will be able to continually live off of welfare, making the celebrity athletes, actors, singers, rappers, dancers, etc. (ie welfare vampires) even richer, thanks to the unappreciated hardworking person. This is especially frustrating for men because the welfare queens/whores/moms continue to fornicate with everyone except the men who pay the taxes to keep those worthless piles of shit alive.
