The hippie thought everything was funny after smoking pot and thus was labeled a giggling stoner also giggling stoners tend to gather in attics
A stoner that has a full on head cold, tries to smoke their greens but can't get the high feeling. The sickness just takes away the joy of smoking. Not really a cripple.
Jeez, I wanna get high but I'm too sick to even smoke. I feel like a crippled stoner.
Basically the person who gives off stoner energy without ever smoking pot.
Or the person who always announces themselves as such so they aren’t pressured into getting high.

This is normally used when a stoner watches Manswers and realizes that the best way to get high is through vaporizer, but is to broke for a real vaporizer.
