The final level of keyboard smashing. You did all of the letter combinations then you did all caps as well then you did all of that backward. Its so long that Urban Dictionary doesn't let you add the last `. I don't think there is anything further than this unless you add spaces.

The outcome of extreme boredom when on a computer. You go down from 1 then 2 and so on. Only find this if you are bored to death.

Upon seeing that most of these have definitions in Urban Dictionary, you probably kept trying new combination of similar pattern until you used the number keys, left to right diagonally and figured "now there is something nobody thought of!" sorry to break it to you, I did.
