Ana is a name of a cheap slut that tries to be beautiful but looks like an abortion gone wrong. When getting to know an Ana she will appear friendly, but once you become "close" to her you will find out that she is a fat-ass, gossip hungry, Nazi. When you become her "friend" you will find that rumors are being spread about you and your secrets are being told to the wrong people. Ana's wear pushup bras trying to look sexy but in reality she looks like a 700 pound wale in cheap skanky clothes. Never trust her!

Short for Anorexia Nervosa or just Anorexia. Used to romanticise this deadly diasese and make it sound cute.
The only people who use this are so called Pro Anas - people who insist that Anorexia is a healty lifestyle choice, just like going vegan or eating less sugar. Commonly used by #wannabe ana s a.k.a. depressed teenage girls.
Pro Anas like to call a deadly diasese in a cutesy name, to attract minors, I suppose.
