When you have a mass amount of people writing Happy Birthday messages on your Facebook wall.

"Hey, did you get Jessica anything for her birthday?"
"Oh shit! It's her birthday?! I'll just sign her Facebook card, along with everyone else."

"My birthday was crappy, but at least I had my Facebook card."

Battle Cards

Battle Cards is a popular tactical card game at Daramalan College, especially in years 11 & 12. The game was founded by Patrick Bent, in two player form.

The game involves players taking 11 cards from a regular deck (plus royalty) memorising and placing them face down, 3 rows 5 columns and destorying the opponents's royalty without losing their own. The royalty consists of 2 queens and 2 kings either red or black. The highest card is a jack followed by ace then king then 10 through to 2. The jokers are kamikase cards, but die when attacked, queens are similar however they remove the oppostiotn card when attacked. Queens also have the special ability when flipped to have a random card placed in front of them from the deck.

Turns consist of a player pointing to one of the cards in an exposed column then selecting one of the opponents exposed cards from a column. Both cards are flipped and the weaker card is removed from the field. If the cards are equal, the winner is decided by a rock off. The winner is the last person with any royalty left.

As popularity grew it was eventually turned into a 4 player free for all. Tom Bode is reported to have spawned a 2v2 version of the game however this is still in dispute as others have laid claims to this. As popularity for the game grew Patrick quickly turned it into a 6 player game, 2v2v2.

Pat: Hey man being playing any Battle Cards recently?

Tim: Yea man had an epic game at lunch with Charles, went down to a rock off between two kings!

Pat: Shit bro thats some close shit!

debit card

A debit/check is a card (made by Visa, Mastercard, and others. Made avaliable to you mostly by banks) That acts very similiar like a credit card, but instead of borrowing money from those greedy bastards, money is automatically deducted right from your checking account instead when you make a purchase. Acts like a cash card.

You need a checking account and cash in your checking account to use a debit/check card. Checking accounts also have a monthly fee.

Visa and Mastercard debit cards can be used to purchase items online. They can also be used with ATM machines to get cash from your checking account.

Debit cards are what teenagers and college students use to pay for World of Warcraft subscriptions.

I got cash from an ATM with my debit card

The Hitler Card

A common last ditch effort in a heated political debate to steer the argument back in one's favor by declaring your opponent's position to be that of Adolf Hitler.

Often times this is done with little thought as to whether or not adolf hitler was for or against a particular side. Who cares about logic it's just fun to insult your opponents by likening them or their beliefs to tyrannical despots.

If you wish to play the Hitler Card and not look like a total tool here's some examples of Adolf Hitler's stances or at least what he claimed publicly.

He was For: abortion, capital punishment, censorship, eugenics, gun control, racial purity, and vegetarianism.

He was against: atheism, capitalism, communism, democracy, drinking, the disabled, feminists, Jews, Jehovah's witnesses, Gypsies, homosexuals, labor unions, pornography, prostitution, psychoanalysis, and smoking.

card counting

The only legal and consistent way to win in a casino. You can do this by using a combination of basic strategy, and keeping track of the cards that have been played. Assuming you know the rules of BlackJack, here is a quick explination of how to play.
Basic Strategy:
If the dealers face up card is a 4,5 or 6 the player should draw up to a minimum of 12
If the dealers face up card is anything else, the player should draw up to a minimum of 17
Always split Aces and 8's
The Count:
The player is aiming to reach a minimum target number when counting.
If the target number is reached or exceeded, the player should increase their bet because they will be odds on to win.
The target number is double the amount of decks being used (If the dealer is playing with 4 decks, the target number would be +8 or higher).
Every card delt has a count value. These have to be tracked in order to know when to increase the bets.
2,3,4,5 and 6 have a value of +1
7,8 and 9 have a value of 0
10, Jacks, Queens, Kings and Aces have a value of -1
Card counting does give the player a pecentage above the house, but it is not always easy to do. For maximum efficiency the technique should be practiced extensively prior to usage.
In order to make counting difficult for the house to spot, count teams are recomended. This is where one person does the counting while playing small, and signals the other team members when to come over and start betting big.

If you're serious about winning money, get serious about card counting.
