1-to have the same problem as many other people(not to be alone at can't doing something):
"I can't play tennis - I'm hopeless at it!" "Oh well, you're in good company."
2-to be with good friends(idiom):
"There is no wonder that she is a nice person, because she is in a good company.(Has good friends)"
