(In order to make an airtight bag, take the cellophane from the bottom part of the pack of cigarettes and insert your valuables, the fold one side of the opening over the other and use a lighter to edge(melt) the cellophane to itself by quickly squeezing the heated fold, and repeat until the fold is completely sealed.)
