When you borrow a friends car or drive a car that you usally don't get to drive and then burn cruise in it without letting the owner know.
Example 1: I borrowed my friend's car so that I could go to the store to get some groceries. On the way there we Grand Theft Burn Cruised his car. Got to the store and bought groceries and a spray bottle of febreeze.
Example 2: My parents went out of town and I got to "borrow" his new BMW 750Li. I then proceeded to Grand Theft Burn Cruise on my way to Taco Bell.
Just as serious as "Grand Theft Auto" in some cultures. This is when two buddies are trying to pull off the eiffeltower or any other 2 on 1 maneuver and some other guy(s) come(s) along and steals her away.
Dan: That bitch was ours dammit! I was as horny as a goat on weed for that scallywag!

One of the best games around, even though when you finish the game it becomes a lonliness simulator, especially if you get the ending where your cousin Roman dies.

Is this really need for Grand Theft Auto IV? 99.7% of people who own a PS2/Xbox have at least 1 Grand Theft Auto game.

An underrated video game made by Rockstar Games in 2004 for the Game Boy Advance. It released on the same day as GTA: San Andreas. It's a 2D styled game, set in the same universe as GTA III.
The story follows Mike, a criminal seeking to leave Liberty City with his friend, Vinnie, and start a new life. However, Vinnie is killed in an explosion, leaving Mike to search for his killer, while still doing jobs under various bosses to raise enough money to leave Liberty City.
Grand Theft Auto Advance may not be able to hold a candle to the GTA games of the same era, but it's still a good game, especially for the Game Boy Advance.
