1. Said of a person that acts without any morals.

Oh dude, the fact Tim Sweeney tries to defend the EGS and its policies makes him morally bankrupt, and makes me sick.
A set of rules about behaving righteously or doing the right thing. Something you abide by and feel extremely uncomfortable violating it.
The basis of his moral code is civic virtue where it would create a thriving community.
