Cece Nguyen. She's perfect in literally every way whether she believes it or not. Being the best friend you could ever have, and a hopeless romantic, she is the most amazing person to have in your life. Her intelligence unsurpassed and she's oddly talented at pretty much everything. Name it and she can probably do it. No matter how many people come into her life and cause pain she will always work through it and find happiness somehow. She will greatly impact your life and if anyone would be defined by perfect, it'd be her.
