A phrase used by high school aged sluts that has nothing to do with running. In fact, no one knows what it really means, except it is a horrible use of grammar and anyone who uses said phrase is sure to look like a complete tool. A producer that started his career in the early 21st Century. Thoughts of his inspirations; Timberland and the Neptunes, drove him to create beats during slow times at work. His popularity sky rocketed in 2004 after he released his first album entitled "No Words", which was dedicated to his mother.
