A different variant to the message or thread troll. This troll takes advantage of a characters ability and or game, becoming way too overpowered for his own good and others playing with him/her. With that power comes greed, selfishness and rubbing their good fortune in the other players faces. Pretty much turning into a dick legally inside the game. Not advancing towards the goal.
Every turn this guy would use his characters ability to "spam" or troll the game gaining way too much strength and craft. Making it impossible for another character or creature to defeat him. You cant get mad at the person because he's technically not doing anything wrong but they're just not any fun to play with.

A person who posts rude, off topic, or other twisted comments in the name of angering people. There are 2 types of internet trolls though. Troll is a shortened version of the term Troller, that means the same thing.
Bad troll: An idiot who can't win in arguments in real life, so he goes on the internet and posts random bullshit to make himself feel better about being a moron. You can usually find these on chatrooms like AIM and comment boards like on Youtube. The also troll other comment boards like aol news (espicially kidnapping cases since they try to look like they did it to look beast)
Good Troll: Rare, but still in large numbers. These are similar to bad trolls but do it for the good of getting idiots off the web, such as trolling someone on Youtube who posts everything their dog does or someone acting tough with a keyboard. Think of it as the Asassain's Creed story, The good trolls are the Asassains and the morons and bad trolls are the Templars.
Example: Good troll finds bad troll and they fight.

One who posts content on a forum to make people extremely angry, and possibly start a flame war. In recent years however, trolling has greatly evolved, spawning entire categories of ways to piss people off. Trolls are also largely shaped by their internet environment, such that on forums, they may merely "flame", but on other sites such as anonymous chat sites (such as omegle) they go to great lengths to bother people. These include asking them if they are turtles, like fishsticks, or saying "India". On anonymous video chatting sites, they go to even greater lengths to bother people, making up entire songs and others to bother people. Many examples of trolling can be found on Art of Trolling, a site hosted by the cheezburger network.

Rhymes with 'stroll', it refers to a style of fishing where a baited line is drawn in front of fish hoping that one will bite. The person doing is a troller.
The analogy to a baited message hoping for bites is obvious.
