The Dark Web is often confused with The Deep Web . The Dark Web can be accessed via Tor Browser. The Dark Web, is not accessible via Google , Firefox , Internet Explorer , Bing and so on, these browser are what we refer to as Surface Web Browsers. You can still access the dark side of the web with a just a computer or phone or tablet, whatever, It's highly dangerous doing so, a Virtual Machine is recommended, to say it simply, the Virtual Machine is a makeshift computer inside you computer, if a virus/malware is contracted, it fucks the Machine, not your computer.

Hitmen (often fake)
Fake Id's and Driving Licences
Chatrooms
Redrooms
Hacking
Selling illegal shit (drugs, guns etc)

When a new person (female) posts up in a forum with scantily clad pictures or even just a face shot. She is immediately hounded by all of the single and not so single forum perverts to the point where the thread gets closed, locked or just disappears.

This show, like Tosh.0, features viral videos. The difference is that on Web Soup they have specific segments such as "firsties", "things you can't unsee", "pallet cleanser", and "The Greatest Video Ever...this week".
