The inane compulsion towards order. Whereby said disturbed individual is often paranoid and delusional. Unable to see the piteous attempts at order and control. Continues regardless of the inevitable outcome, in some kind of psycotic manifestation of the ego.
If we pass enough laws we can control the internet.

A normal thing in human nature affects 1 in 4 people in the world. There would be a tendency that more and more people will have it if the world gets shittier and stupider. Therefore, just accept it as a normal thing. Most people with it do not harm others, and even become successful and rich.
