Pussy Goggles is a total disregard for any social interaction that does not directly involve the attention or pursuit of a current love interest. Normally, pussy goggles occurs when a guy meets a new girl and devotes most, if not all, of his time to the girl at the expense of his current group of friends who may feel somewhat abandoned. The Pussy Goggles affliction goes away quickly when the girl dumps the guy and he is left with few social options (if any). He then begins calling all of his old buddies to hang out.
Friend One: "Hey, where's your roommate been lately? The guy's been a ghost for a couple weeks now"
Friend Two: "Oh yeah -- he's got Pussy Goggles for some girl he met during Greek Week".
Friend One: "So he's dissed us for some girl?"
Friend Two: "Don't worry, it's only a matter of time before she dumps his ass and the goggles will fly off post haste!" "We figure he'll call us the day after and will want to hang out" "All of us agreed to freeze him out for a week just to teach him a lesson" LOL
The type of sunglasses old people wear. they are large, black, and goofy looking. they can be spotted most often when driving past an older person

Another way of waving,saying Hi!,saying thanks,acknowledging a compliment,whilst wearing goggles of any type doing any activity.The goggle salute is done by grasping the lower part of lense frame {right or left} with thumb and upper part with middle finger and moving goggle outwards about 1-2 cm a few times in a jaunty and care free fasion.Usualy accompanied with a smirk,eyebrow arch or other smart-ass look.

Similar to the beer goggles effect, a person which one would not find typically attractive is seen as attractive. This effect is a cause of the UC Berkeley bubble, where a lesser amount of typically attractive people exist. Another factor included is the envelopment of academia connected to a decline in one's social life.
Me: At first I didn't think (insert name here) was so cute, but there is something different about them this semester.
Friend: Looks like you're sporting the Berkeley goggles now. You've been in the Berkeley bubble too long. At least your option has a good personality.

Derived from beer goggles--while trapped a work surrounded by almost all unattractive people, someone has one redeeming attractive quality that elevates them to a much higher attractiveness status than they would in other environments.
Bob: Wow, Sally is hot, look at those legs!!
Bill: Yeah, she's cute at best if we're in a bar, but here at work she's the cat's meow compared to all the other ugly women.

When normally unattractive girls seem smokin' hot because of an extended period of time attending Digipen Institute of Technology (which is nearly void of females).
Whenever I go to somewhere in the real world I think "whow, girl, whow!" because of these damned Digipen goggles.
