Gooner

An affectionate nickname for fans of Arsenal Football Club, one of England's most successful football teams. It originates from the club's primary nickname, "The Gunners," which reflects Arsenal's historical association with the military and artillery. Eventually evolving into "Gooner". That and they masturbate for hours on end. Hypnotizing themselves through prolonged edging until they are too gone from society. Odd bunch to sexualize a sport.

"Oi, bruv, you seen that lot down bad at the pubhub? Proper Gooner madness, bloody focused!"

gooner

Gooner, goon, and gooning are terms used by self avowed coomers/porn addicts but it is also used in the gun/tactical community as a term for those in a smaller niche subsection that have night vision to do flat range shit in their kit. While the origins for how there came to be a sexual connotation linked to goon or gooning is unknown and still disputed by many online. Goon, at least in the context that it is used in the gun/tactical community, apparently stemmed from a saying coined originally by soldiers and operators in special operation units during the GWOT (Global War on Terror) who had the saying of "Moons out, goons out." which was supposed to refer to the fact many of these units handled night raids and were adept at it. Thus, later on, civilians (primarily those from the US) within the gun community during the time when it became more popular to not only own firearms but also plate carriers, ballistic helmets, and night vision is when many began to adopt the term as well.

Definition 1 Example: "I use Rule34 all the time, of course I'm a gooner."

Definition 2 Example: "Yo, I just got these Gen 3 PVS-31's to mount on my Ops-Core for night time shit, I'm a gooner now boys! I'm in the club!"
