1. Verb: Someone who grabs at or actually succeeds in grabbing a girls crotch

2. Noun: An insulting name for a female.

Example 1: Watch out! That guy is a snatch grabber! Every time he's drunk at a party he starts grabbing girls snatches. Talk about a Snatch attack!

Example 2: She lost our reservations! That dirty snatch grabber!

Used to describe someone that cannot keep their hands to themselves and/or Inappropriate touching of a male or female without consent. Typically a male chauvinist or womanizer that objectifies women. It is also used in relation to someone that takes something without asking.
