To clear things up, I know I have posted my meaning of Neopets, but know I'll give some other information I forgot to say. Well, here we go.
Neopets was a good place where TNT and you cared about the site and users. Now it's totally screwed. TNT won't care about anything but making money from the freaking sponsors. You'll find those sponsors shits all over the site: One on the top, the bottom, and in a side, offering you celulars, weigh loss programs and dating webpages. What´s up with the "Neopets it's not a dating webpage." huh? TNT is now the unfair police of the site, they have their own rules, wich they use to warn/freeze you. In the chat they're even worse, TNT deleted the general chat, and made all the other ones look more profesional. Even worse to find:7-year old n00bs who beg for girlfriends or boyfriends and report you for no apparent reason. Yet you can't swear but n00bs can, for example:

Tell them they can go fuck TNT and their pets all night long instead of asking for girlfriends.
When you lose all your hard work because of a bug, you mail TNT, if you're lucky, you'll get nothing but a crap that says:"Go to the boards, people will be more happy to help." They're WRONG! That freaking letter it's a fucking copy paste from the past. Back then, people helped you and you helped them. Now n00bs won´t stop annoying you if you ask for help.

A neopet is a pet people can create on neopets. The neopet is the main part of the game (although many people do stay on for the chats/avatars..etc). People can do a lot of things with the pet, for example: paint the neopet, feed it, zap...etc.
Wenieia, the robot grundo, is a neopet.

A popular online gaming site created by Adam Powell about five years ago. You start off by creating a neopet and taking care of it, and then you proceed to play games for neopoints, or the games form of currency. With these neopoints you can buy items such as paintbrushes to make your pets interesting colors or buy items for the battledome where your pets can challenge others. The game may seem rather kiddish, but many teens play the game just for fun, perhaps to rp their pets or chat with others. The game may seem pointless because there is no end, but if you have a lot of free time and a love for virtual pets sites, this one, by many, is considered to be the best.
If you say neopets sucks, I will personally annihalate you with every weapon in my possession.

About the gayest site in the world. Very addictive. One can waste HOURS on the website, and DREAM of their pixel pet, and think of "cute" ways to find their "pet" a gf or bf. People who are "insiders" on the site have ABSOLUTELY NO LIVES WHATSOEVER. And when people consider the people they chat with to be "their friends" its sad, cuz they really dont have REAL FRIENDS.
Dumbest site in the INTERNET.

Neopets, a childish yet addicting site, started in 1999 as a harmless website for bored college students. It was fine until 2006. It was fun, the games were original, and things had a personal touch to them. Then, in 2006, Viacom bought Neopets, and turned it into an advertising machine. Now every page there are at least three ads, and sponsor games make up at least half of the overall games. There's a freaking Neopets CEREAL. And Neopets dolls and trading cards and magazines. Adam and Donna are no longer in charge of Neopets, Viacom is. -sigh-
