Red pill is the concept that what is presented as truth by the corporate press is, in fact, a carefully constructed narrative designed to keep some very unpleasant people in power.
My comfortable illusions fed to me by Fox and CNN were shattered when I realized we weren't nation building in the Middle East, but serving the interests of military tech corporations and politicians at the cost of peoples lives. I'd taken the Red pill.

Pill talk is the random conversations two or more druggies are having while high as a kite. Usually concerning their friendship, how much they love each other, that they should do more together in real life and that they really miss each other.

The Gold pill or Golden pill
The ultimate stage of awareness and perfect balance.
The golden pill cannot be verified from the outside, that would be based on only belief, so it is useless to say somebody is gold pilled.
It is also useless for someone to state he is gold pilled, because what that would imply would be completely and utterly unfathomable to someone who isn't and would lead astray.
Therefore the gold pill or golden pill is to be referred to rather as an abstract goal, than as an achieved state.
The golden pill was a means to reach the state of being in the consciousness of the eternal as portrayed in ancient Chinese myths.
The goal of ancient Chinese alchemists was the golden pill - to achieve immortality aka. the ultimate stage of spirituality.
