People who shop at hot topic. Mostly ugly fat chicks who think they're so cool just cause they shop at hot topic. Some people by the classic Nintendo cloths even though they've never played a classic Mario or Zelda game before.

An Individual that spends more time looking for a parking spot that is reletavely close to the establishment;than they do in the establishment.
Your mom takes you to the grocery store: You look for a parking space for hours. She waits until someone leaves and waits for them to back out and stuff. You spend a half an hour looking for a parking spot. You spend 10 minutes tops in the store. Yo Mama is a parking spot shopper.
