Smoke Eater

is a name used to describe Firefighters before Scott Air Packs were used for air while fighting fires. Smoke Eaters had no clean air source and would enter a fire to search for people which would end up with the Firemen (Firefighters) inhaling the smoke from the fire. The seasoned Firemen (Firefighters) would make this task look easy thus earning the title Smoke Eater.

The fireman started his career as a Smoke Eater and retired as a firefighter.

Man eater

A beautiful girl with a great personality; guys love her and the girls want to be her. You think you've scored it big when you start spending time with her, getting closer and closer everyday. You fall head over heels with her and she leads you to believe she feels the same about you until BAMMMM! She says "we need some space" / "things are moving too fast" or something of that nature, successfully managing to break your heart, no, she rips it out, throws it on the ground and stomps all over it. It takes you months upon months to get over her and all the while she walks around with a smile on her face.

usualy a beatiful girl. leeds you on. acts all sweet and nice. makes you think they realy like you. then when you fall completely head over heals in love with them... they kill it. they stomp all over your feelings. and completely fuck you up. takes months to get over it but it can completely fuck up a mans life.
