A phrase uttered by the beast know as dylanious laverneous. Meant as a mating call, or just some form of ear rape. The creature will also violently rub it's nipples with sandpaper whilst saying the phrase. Children ages 12 - 13 speak this phrase to mock the beast.

In hockey, to score a goal. Derived from an oft-repeated line from the film, The Silence of the Lambs, as uttered by the character Buffalo Bill: "It puts the lotion on its skin, or else it gets the hose again. It puts the lotion in the basket."

"Jagr leads the team in scoring, but Lemieux is no slouch at putting the lotion in the basket either."
