To be "Minecrafted" is to be destroyed, obliterated, unmade or "unalived".
The use of "Minecrafted" as a synonym for killing or murder originated on 4chan message boards. The meme draws its meaning from the idea of using video games as a cathartic outlet for threats of violence or murder or as an excuse for threats made against someone.
For example:
Someone saying something like "I'm going to murder you!..in minecraft." Or, when confronted with threats against someone the aggressor might respond saying "I meant in minecraft, not in real life."
This use of video games as an excuse for making threats against others lead to the usage of the terms "Minecrafted" or "Minecrafting" to mean : to murder, shoot, kill someone or to refer to someone unaliving themselves, commiting suicide.
