Rita telling Dean they need to talk about the way he drinks. or Rita telling Dean they need to talk because she had enough of his BS and it is over.

Typically yelled in a voice that is supposed to sound like a young cat, here we go is stated by anyone who is about to do something kind of lame. The phrase originated in the feline species Rickolous Tufingtonus who would yell said phrase just before they were going to be eaten by a saber tooth tiger or a hippo.

John yelled "Here We Go!" in a naisly voice right before he entered a staff meeting

that's how we do

A phrase substituting for the phrase 'ya man, that's how we do (or say) things'

Or 'that's mah girl (or boy, or boi)'.

Can also mean 'that's a good girl', or 'that's a good boi'.

Or 'ya, that's how we act 'round here brotha'

The list goes on...

"Why you do that man?"

Response: "Cause that's how we do."
