The most awesome person alive, no one can compete with his leet hax skills, he's just way too awesome at life and everything else. Everyone loves to hate him and hates to love him. He doesn't like tools like "charter champs" and "takes out" the trash. Don't mess with a Billy Peters though, they don't play games and will destroy your life.
