an expression used when someone makes a mistake, gets hurt, or anything else negative
"Oof, I forgot to go to my 9am class today." "Oof, it's looking bad for Joey since he missed last practice."
Oof means if you did something wrong, or forgot something then you say oof. It is also when you dont care, or 'give one', it is just quicker and easier to say.

Oof is originally a sound from Roblox when the character dies. Oof can also be used as a placement or a word that can't be described as a response to something negative verbally or physically done to another person.
