Fast Times

Replacement for "good times" or the like, usually in reffrence to something sterotypically highschool (as in Fast Times at Ridgemont High)

Did you go to Max's party last night?
Yeah, fast times, man.

doin' time

1. In jail.
2. An awesomely bodacious song by the former SoCal band Sublime, with a heavy dancehall bass line and funky synthesizer. Not to mention vocals from the late great Brad Nowell.

1. Aw man! I was caught streakin' and now I'm doin' time!
2. Doin' Time by Sublime is all you need for some good dancin' in the summertime!

Olden Times

A go-to word that people use to describe something medieval or ancient.

"Yeah? It was in the olden times when they tie up the girls for punishment, and the whole village takes a turn."

A Hat in Time

Inspired by Super Mario Sunshine, Banjo Kazooie and other games alike, it is an adorable 3D platformer collect-a-thon game starring a cute and underage space-travelling hat-wearing child named Hat Kid, who was on her way back home when she her spaceship fuels called Time Pieces are lost and scattered on a nearby unknown planet with many interesting characters. She then must collect all of the Time Pieces all over the planet to get back home...

A Hat in Time began as a kickstarter game developed using Unreal Engine 3 on 2013 and has become the biggest kickstarter-funded indie 3D-platformer game, reaching almost 1000% of its original kickstarter goal! Several composers make music for these game and voice actors, including the famous JonTron, lend their voices to the characters of the game. It has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics and was described as 'the only kickstarter game that is actually good'.

I have played many 3D platformers in 2017, and the ones that came close to being my number one favourite game are Super Mario Odyssey and A Hat in Time.

After playing through them and getting 100% completion in both of them, I have come to conclude...

...that Sonic Forces is the best game of 2017.

at this moment in time

Otherwise known as 'now'. This is the worst current example of over fancy pontificating verbage and is used whenever the use of the single simple word 'NOW' would suffice. Why do they use 5 words when one will do?

At this moment in time, it's Wednesday.

The project may be finished by tomorrow, but at this moment in time I can't see it being completed till next month.

Filipino Time

When Filipinos arrive to a party two to four hours late because they hate to be the first ones there. If you have Caucasian friends, they will most likely disregard "Filipino Time" and arrive at the set time.

The party started a while ago, but with Filipino Time, I don't expect guests to come for another two hours.

Time Parasite

A person that eats up all your time for no reason whatsoever.

Sam is such a Time Parasite he spent an hour in my cubicle going over the specifications when all I needed was a simple answer.
