Hair is usually STRAIGHT,choppy with bangs. Its is dark with a few bright colours that jump out at you.
skinny jeans of any colour are popular along with funky belts band t's and hoodys.They like cute stuff such as animé, hello kitty and other random stuff. They wear usually flats shoes (converse dollys vans or even dc's)
beads,piercings and especially pearls a common in scenes.
Boys;
eye liner is even popular with the boys, as is the bangs.The boys hair are usually shorter than the girls,still choppy with the colours.Skinny jeans usually darker colours funky belts,hoodys and band t's are common too. Dc's vans just flat shoes are acceptable in male scenes. piercings and tatoos are the norm too.
scene kids are generally nice people,known for being very hyper and as said 'where the scene is' into alot of different types of music and like going to concerts.They use words and phrases such as 'RAWR' 'you are the sex' and other funny phrases.very out oging and confident,never mix-up a scene kid with an emo. thats a no go

The trashy-est, skinniest, scenest girl in a certain area. The girl with the most scene points, the most myspace friends, the most picture comments, etc. She's gone out with AND slept with every scene guy within a 200 mile radius of her house. she's a slut with no sense of self worth, yet everyone wants to be her. she's the "it" girl of all the scene kids and is constantly being asked out by scene girls and guys. she's totally popular and is always surrounded by her scene friends but none of them are nearly as scene as she is. in some cases the scene queen gets offended by being called a scene queen and will rarely admit to how hard she tries to be scene. she probably has an eating disorder, lots of them do because their popularity is based on their looks and no one would like them if they wore size 0 jeans instead of double 0's, right? anyway, the scene queen usually ends up turning into a sleazy, grimey, filthy whore with every STD ever discovered.
The Scene Queen:
-has the most extentions in her hair
-has the most layers and colours in her hair
-has the most myspace accounts/livejournals/facebooks/aim sn's
-immediately gets 4000 comments everytime she puts up a picture on myspace
-is constantly changing her look
-wouldn't dare leave the house without ten pounds of makeup

A scene kid is a girl or boy who follows the "trend"
usually they wear tight jeans ( both sexes) black shaggy hair parted to the side. chucks backwards belts and tight band shirts.some of the girls like to wear little kid hair clips and hairbands and most scene kids also wear a bandana in the back pocket or around there neck.
scene kids go to shows and usually act and talk gangster.

A large amount of people of both genders, usually from the age of 15-25. They are mostly found in the infamous website, Myspace.com but are also found in livejournal.com and vampirefreaks.com.
Scene kids or "scensters" most of the time aren't "assholes" or "douche bags". It is a 50/50 range when it comes to the personality of a scene person. They are human, just like you, with a personality that is just as unique as your own.
"Scene kids" usually are known for their teased hair or piercings. When honestly, scene kids often range when it comes to their style. A large amount of scene men and women tease their hair, some wear heavy amount of make up (mostly with the women, though.) and other usually stick with a certain clothes brand or style. Usually tight pants/low or v-neck tshirts/lots of jewlery. Scene kids are very creative and are very interesting people.
Scene kids are also very known to be very faithful to music and usually go to many shows. Not only for local bands but also for more mainstream bands. They often know the whole history of many bands and stay devoted fans of music. Not only music but with art and photography. Most scene kids are very great in art and have very amazing artistic skills in photoshop, microsoftpaint, or the open canvas itself. Other are very interested in photography and take many pictures with extremely good cameras (exp: The Minolta, a very good almost professional camera.)
Scene Kids are humans just like you and me and are very unique and range from person to person. It's just who you meet that will make up your mind about scenesters.

Scene kid, or wanna be scene kid, that wears a really loose hat. This hat has some relation to the look of a Rastafarian's beenie hat. To perfect the look they add some form of nose ring. These scene-afarians are preferably of the dark shades of skin, there are many light skinned scene-afarians.
That kid looks like a "scene-afarian". Kid wearing scene clothes (tight skinny jeans, colorful shoes, really tight shirt, scene hair, sometimes colorful, with a large strange colored hat hanging off the back of the head {not like how you would wear a normal hat} with a nose ring {optional}).
