A "twitter twiker" or "twiker" is somebody who repeatedly doesn't follow people back on Twitter when somebody follows them. Very common on Twitter today
That guys on Twitter has so many more followers than people he's following. He must be a real Twitter twiker!
When somebody provides a valid constructive criticism against something, wether generally speaking or in an argument, and then the other party, either who the criticism was directed towards or somebody who affiliates themselves with the critiqued party, responds to the criticism with a response which completely disregards everything the critic said and tries to offend and / or shut up the critic.

A witter community note is when a tweet is so false and so incorrect that people in twitter forget their disagreements for a second just to prove someone, or even YOU wrong. Finding a twitter community note is basically finding a seal of approval that whatever you have seen is made purely out of stupidity.
Guy 1: Hey, have you seen this tweet? I can't believe how accurate it is.
Guy 2: It's wrong, that has a Twitter community note on it you fucking dipshit.
