When some 1, man or non man has wronged some 1 else or made a mistake. You would be saying this to a friend or some1 who isn't the person who got caught in the act.

a word used when you want to emphasize how bad a person, place, or thing really is. “balaya bad” is only used when something is SO bad that you need a new word to describe it.
person 1: aye bro are you studying for midterms, they’re tomorrow!
balaya: nah man, im gonna play fortnite when i get off work.
person 1: nahh dawg yo work ethic is balaya bad!
1: When high hopes are crushed by an unpredictable or disappointing events.
Example: Our vacation started off "bad as brooklyn" when the plane was delayed 12 hours.
2: T.V or movie series that (re)makes movies or seasons that run too long and get ridiculous.
Examples: Dexter, Shrek, Transformers, Every Bruce Willis series.
This phrase ultimately refers to a popular T.V show that took a turn for the worse after the third season. The comedy series based out of a Brooklyn Police Precinct quickly became the butt of this joke/phase when the fourth season was released in 2016/17.
Example:
1) "Dumb and Dumber To" is truly "bad as brooklyn" in so many ways.
2) The football game got "bad as brooklyn" in the second half when the snow started.

Bad Bacon is a term that follows on from the phase "As Fucked As A Piglet", which means, basically that you are on the receiving end of an unholy fucking of extreme proportions and the resulting mess is something you really don't want to get involved in... hence really bad bacon!
"I can't believe it man, I've been fucked like a piglet by them again!" "Fucked like a piglet? That's really Bad Bacon, my friend!!!"
