Lavender Unicorn Syndrome occurs when, instead of using a characters name or a pronoun, you repeatedly use other descriptors for them, such as "the baker," "the ninja," "the dragon."
Common in Fan Fictions, the term spawned from the Friendship is Magic /fic/ board where writers would refer to Twilight Sparkle as "lavender unicorn" rather than using her name to describe when she was doing something.
"As Twilight Sparkle walked into the room, the lavender unicorn lifted the book from her shelf with a wave of her horn."
That's Lavender Unicorn syndrome right there. We have pronouns for a reason, people.

The awesomest and one of the most addicting games (also slightly effeminate) ever!! You will enjoy running through the purple fields and flying through the air leaving magic rainbow trails, all the while smashing through stars to chase your dreams! And it has a pretty damn good song.

the definition of FUN. chase your dreams of gliding with dolphins as a robot unicorn that jumps with rainbows and smashes through stars while listening to a very catchy tune that is as hilarious and addictive as the game. after hours of non-top playing you will find yourself singing "open your eyes and see, that your eyes are open"

Charile the Unicorn is the sequal to Charlie the Unicorn, a popular video. In this one, the annoying blue and pink come back pretending to be deep sea divers while floating in the air. They are then sucked into a vortex that opens on Charlie's back. They come back soon after with an amulet around the blue one's neck. After persuasion, they go on a search to find the Banana King and return the amulet. On the way there they find a giant Z and the blue and pink unicorns start speaking spanish. They reach the kingdom of the banana king where a green seal-like creature wearing a Santa-Claus hat, beard and red lips who begins singing "Put a Banana in your ear!" Afterwards it explodes, just like the letters in the original. Charlie even comments, "Of course it burst into flames." It is then found that Charlie is the Banana King. He goes back home to find that he has been robbed again. The vortex opens again on Charlies back, and the blue unicorn makes a funny noise then leaves.
"Look over there! Its a Coral reef!"
"Oh no! Here comes a school of Fugu fish!"
